The biggest reason I meal plan is because it takes out so much stress around meal time. Knowing what to cook, coupled up with knowing that you have shopped for the ingredients you need to prepare that meal just makes meal time so much easier. As a family we also eat healthier when meals are planned because I don’t lose my motivation and end up saying yes to a pizza because it’s all too much ending a busy day when I am unorganised. Pizza nights are absolutely OK - but planned take away nights feel so much better!!
