If you change your mind about a product purchased from the Write To Me website, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within 14 days of the order being received.
Products must be returned to our warehouse in the Australia. Write To Me will not provide return shipping labels.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - this includes the shrink wrap protection on the product.
It must also be in the original or similar packaging to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Please note a single layer of bubble wrap or padded bag is NOT substantial. We cannot exchange or refund an item that is not received in perfect condition. Please also include your name and order number in the return.
Once we receive the return we can process an exchange or refund for you of the product only. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Please contact us prior to processing the return for full return instructions.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received so that we can investigate the situation and action for you.
