Standard Shipping $6.95
Please allow approx. 2-6 business days for delivery from despatch.
Usual despatch time is 1-3 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (November, December & January included).

Express Shipping $9.95
Please allow approx. 1-4 business days for delivery from despatch.
Usual despatch time is 1-2 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-3 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (November, December & January included).

Standard and Express parcels are shipped through USPS.

A tracking number for all shipping options will be emailed through once an order is processed so you can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the shipping system.

Order Details & Delivery Address

Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once completed. This includes name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.  

Preorder

When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.

Transit Times

We work with our shipping partners to provide the most accurate transit times, however once we ship an item, the transit time is completely out of our control. We are happy, however to assist with parcels that are not delivered within a reasonable amount of time (after the estimated arrival date).

Combine Postage

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to combine with other orders or refund postage costs.
