<p>Our shipping provider partners with USPS and tracking can be followed through the USPS website also using the tracking number provided.</p>
<p>Usual despatch time is 1-5 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-8 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).</p>
<p>Transit times differ for each state, and once we have ship an item, the transit time is completely out of our control. We are happy, however to assist with parcels that are not delivered within a reasonable amount of time (after the estimated arrival date).</p>
<p>Any additional customs, duty or tax charges are payable by the customer on or after delivery. These costs are NOT included in the cost of the product or shipping on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the extra charges through their local customs office prior to purchasing. These extra costs will not be refunded by Write To Me. If you choose to refuse your delivery due to customs charges, a refund will not be processed until the parcel is returned and received by Write To Me. The true cost of shipping (usually more than the $10 charged) will be deducted from the total order cost, and the rest will be refunded.</p>"

"answer": "<p>There is currently a delay in delivering parcels caused by COVID-19. As our postal partners navigate the influx of online ordering, limited airline capacity and government restrictions, the expected transit times have been extended.</p>
<p>Expected delivery from despatch is currently <strong>approx</strong>. 2-4 weeks. All orders are being sent express post.</p>
<p>Additionally, USPS will no longer be performing signature on delivery due to government restrictions.</p>
<p>Orders are still being despatched from our warehouse as per below.</p>

<p>You will be sent a tracking link once your order is processed. The tracking on your parcel might not update frequently, however please be assured your parcel is moving through the postal network. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any further information on your tracking outside of this link, and we are also not able to raise investigations with the service provider on undelivered parcels until a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery date.</p>
